Property Details

We were the chosen house builder of this luxurious one storey, modern Thai style home. It was designed for a European architect and his wife to their exact request/specifications. It is the perfect retirement home with a wonderful 196 sqm tropical lagoon freeform pool with 3m high rock waterfall. The house was customised to exactly the client’s specifications and desires. The home is fully air conditioned but also has an energy saving system which heats the pool via a cooling system installed in the home. This impressive resort style property is in a peaceful location and has landscaped gardens all around. It was designed for ease of use by people looking to retire with energy saving systems installed to reduce costs and keep the home cooler. There are air conditioners throughout but due to the insulation and systems their use is limited during cooler periods. The home comes with all the luxuries one would expect and was customised to what the client desired. During the time we were building the house, the client was not in Thailand, so it was all done by email and telephone calls.
